Bodies can become stressed, sore, or contorted, holding trapped bone pressure from injuries. Social pressures, confusion, and our reactions to events can all add to that pressure.

What to Expect:

To manage our survival, we may gravitate toward others who carry similar injury pressure patterns, developing new strategies to cope. History shows us this!
